IX. ARCO RIGHTS.

“Right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition.”
The Holders of Personal Data held by La Mansión de San José Iturbide S.A. de C.V. may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition (ARCO rights).

To exercise ARCO rights, the Holder of the Personal Data must submit a request with the requirements detailed below:

The procedure that La Mansión de San José Iturbide S.A. de C.V. will follow once it has received the request is as follows:

It will inform you of the decision made within a maximum of 5 (five) business days, counted from the date it received the request, and if it is granted, it will be implemented within 5 (five) business days following the date on which its approval is communicated.

Please note that the aforementioned deadlines apply to La Mansión de San José Iturbide S.A. de C.V., may be extended when the particularities of the case so warrant. The Data Subject will be notified of this through the same means by which the request was made.
